Hess Loan Fund

The Hess Educational Loan Fund assists Ashland County residents of all ages (must be US citizens) who have graduated from any high school, as well as non-Ashland County residents who have graduated from any Ashland County high school with plans to enter higher education prior to the age of 23. Resident household net worth must be less than $250,000 and applicant must have at least a 2.5 GPA. Please note that this is a LOAN and will need to be REPAID. It is not a grant or scholarship. Two co-signers are required if approved for a loan. Evaluation is based on financial need, financial responsibility, school activities/work experience, and community service.
